|RN/LPN – Charge Nurse Positions||Full-time/Part-time/PRN||Flexible Scheduling. 12 hour shifts including PM and Nights.||Seeking caring and compassionate nurses to help coordinate and direct care of an assigned group of residents during a 12-hour shift according to physician orders and facility practices. Follows physician orders and the resident’s care plan. Provides accurate, timely documentation to support care delivery. Must hold a current license in the state of North Dakota as a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse. Must be CPR certified. IV certification highly recommended for LPN’s.|
|Certified Medication Aide Positions||Full-time||3pm-11:30pm||Seeking caring and compassionate individuals to provide quality resident care and make a difference in the lives of our residents. Daily duties include following and delivery of medications by via an individualized electronic medication administration record system. Also must assist and follow a resident care plan and assignment sheet, according to established policies, procedures, and objectives of the facility. This position requires current certification as a Medication Aide in the State of North Dakota.|

|Dietary Aide Positions||Part-time||Flexible Hours||Seeking caring and compassionate individuals to assist in meeting the nutritional needs of the residents in a long term care facility, by providing appropriate foods and fluids as indicated on diet cards and performing a variety of services related to dining as assigned or scheduled.|

Employees working 60 hours or more in a 2-week pay period are eligible for health insurance. Please see your Human Resources Specialist regarding plan benefits and enrollment criteria.
The SMP Health System provides a high deductible health care plan with an HSA. Please see your Human Resources Specialist regarding plan benefits and enrollment criteria.
If you do not have an HSA, you might consider a Flexible Spending Account, which provides you with the opportunity through payroll deduction to set aside a portion of what would have been taxable income and deposit the money into a Personal Reimbursement Account.
A 3% contribution is provided by the SMP Health System at no cost to the employee. The 3% contribution is based on an employee’s gross earnings after one year of service by the SMP facility. To meet eligibility requirements, employees must complete 1,000 hours of service within a 12-month period, and the employee must be 21 years of age.
